Philadelphia Art Museum is known for its incredible collection of art and artifacts from all over the world. Finally there is Woodmere Art Museum in Chestnut Hill which is home to an impressive collection of 19th-century American paintings as well as 20th-century American prints. It also has works by local artists such as Thomas Eakins plus changing exhibitions throughout the year that explore various topics related to Philadelphia’s rich artistic heritage.
